Jon Balaski guided Mike Scott and Hunter. Jon first fished the top of a reef in 30ft from 8:00-10:30 AM. Walleyes bit steady until 10:30 then quit. We were using 1/4 oz. jigs tipped with a minnow. Jon moved to a second reef and did not have to move the rest of the day. They only fished two spots. The second spot walleyes were not on the top of the reef but on the side of the reef in the mud in 32-36 ft. We were using 1/4 jigs tipped with chubs but we had many fish spit up ciscos. It was unreal fishing .Their biggest walleye was 24″ and many 14-16″ inchers! Enjoy the photos. You can see how large the ciscoes are in the photo, also look how walleyes look on the Humminbird 1998C.
